1. Where We Ship
We only ship to addresses within the United States right now. If you try to order from outside the U.S., your order will be canceled and refunded.
2. Shipping Prices
Shipping costs depend on your address, how fast you want it delivered, and the weight of your order. You’ll see the total at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars ($).
3. How Long to Process Orders
We usually process orders in 1-3 business days. Keep in mind that processing time is different from shipping time. We don’t process orders on weekends or holidays.
4. When Will You Get It?
Here’s how long it typically takes to arrive after we ship it:
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days
Sometimes, things like weather or carrier delays can slow things down.
5. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. It might take 24–48 hours for the tracking info to show up.
6. Oops! Wrong Address?
Make sure you give us the correct shipping address. We aren’t responsible if your package is late, lost, or can’t be delivered because of a wrong or incomplete address. If the package comes back to us, you might have to pay a fee to have it reshipped.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package gets lost or damaged on the way:
- Tell us within 7 days of when it was supposed to arrive.
- We’ll check with the carrier.
- If it’s confirmed lost or damaged, we’ll send a replacement or give you a refund for free.
- If the tracking says “Delivered,” we consider it delivered. If you think it was delivered to the wrong place, contact the carrier and let us know, too.
8. Places We Can’t Ship To
We might not be able to ship to:
- PO Boxes (depending on the carrier)
- APO/FPO addresses
- Remote areas
- If we can’t ship to your address, we’ll let you know before we cancel your order.
9. Not Our Fault Delays
We’re not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier issues
- Natural disasters
- Customs or security
- Busy holiday times
